Early Bird registraion will expire on 30 September 2010.
Please note that only abstracts submitted before 31 August 2010 and with the presenting author registered before 15 October 2010 will be published.
Accompanying person fee includes Welcome Reception and Conference Banquette.

General Conditions/Cancellation
Cancellations received in writing before 15 November 2009 will be refunded after the Conference, less a £50 charge for administrative costs. No refunds will be granted after 15 November 2009. Substitutes will be accepted provided that advance notice is given in writing.
